Quality Consult

Quality Consult activities are focused on development and implementation of tools for assessing and improving the quality of analytical measurements both public and private laboratories at national and at international level.
Quality Consult offers a wide range of services: Proficiency Testing schemes, internal quality control tools, training on analytical data quality and others. These services are included in a permanent annual programme, the “QC Programme”.
Quality Consult is also involved as partner and/or coordinator in International environmental Projects, promoted by European Commission. It is also the founding member of the European Network “Proficiency Testing for the Water Framework Directive” (PT-WFD), created in 2008 to support the implementation of the Water Framework Directive (WFD).

 1st Campaign: Proficiency testing in Contaminated Soil for the determination of trace elements and major components, PAHs, PCBs + organochlorine pesticides. |

 2nd Campaign: Proficiency testing in Real Drinking Water (soft) for the determination of trace elements, major components, halogenated solvents, organochlorine pesticides, PAHs and aromatic solvents. |
 3rd Campaign: Proficiency testing in Sewage Sludge for the determination of trace elements + major components. |

 4th Campaign: Proficiency Testing in Real Wastewater (urban / industrial) for the determination of trace elements, major components, aromatic solvents and halogenated solvents. |
 5th Campaign: Proficiency testing in Groundwater for the determination of trace elements, major component, total hidrocarbon and phenols. |
|
 6th Campaign: Proficiency Testing in Contaminated Soil and Drinking Water (hard) for the determination of trace elements and major components.
